We often get questions from shop users around how the rules of the road apply to cyclists, and what legal rights you have when you’ve been involved in a collision with a motor vehicle. We’re pleased to have David Shellnutt, the Biking Lawyer (www.thebikinglawyer.ca) from Scher Law, deliver a workshop on this topic for Bikechain.

The discussion will focus on what to do in immediate aftermath of a collision.

David will cover what to do when you’ve been hit from the scene of the crash to determining what access you may have to rehabilitation services and compensation for lost wages.

David will speak for 30 minutes, and then there will be time to answer questions.
