BIKE MAINTENANCE 201
Clinics are designed for the more advanced cyclist who wants to learn how to work on their own bike. Our sessions cover brake adjustments, derailleur adjustment and chain, cassette and cable replacement (Drive Train Adjustment & Replacement).
We recommend our Bike Maintenance 101 clinics as a prerequisite to these intermediate clinics.
All clinics are led by trained cycling staff or bike mechanics, giving you a small class size to really get involved and learn a new skill.
Topics:
Brake Adjustment (May 5th, June 2nd)
Derailleur Adjustment (May 12th, May 26th, June 9th, June 23rd)
Drive Train Adjustment & Replacement (May 19th, June 16th, June 30th)
No need to bring your own bike to the courses, our mechanic will teach these clinics by working on an MEC bike.
