Bikes are a great way to get around the city, get in shape, and have fun! If the spring weather is making you consider getting on two wheels, you might be wondering what the difference is between a mountain bike and a hybrid, or why a road bike might not be the best choice for Toronto roads! During this 1.5 hour seminar, we will discuss different types of bikes and their uses, as well as ways to adjust your new (or old) bike to make it as comfortable as possible.  *please note that the location is up two flights of stairs, if you would like to attend but this poses a barrier, please get in touch
