Get a little exercise and something sweet by cycling to these 3 cafés in one day during Bike Month. Registered participants will receive refreshments as they get their passports stamped at each location.

A $5 registration payable on the day of your ride will be donated to Cycle Toronto The first 200 registrants will receive a souvenir gift.

You will visit your 1st Dufflet café (either Uptown or Downtown) to register and to receive stamp #1 on your passport. Your 2nd stop will be Balzac’s Powerhouse to receive stamp #2. At your final stop (the remaining Dufflet café, stamp #3) you will hand in your stamped passport to be eligible for a grand prize draw at the end of June.

* Groups * Please stagger your starts and arrivals into foursomes 10 minutes apart to allow our staff time to serve our café customers.

Refreshments include bottled water or brewed coffee, and a choice from that day’s bars and brownies to take-away. Available flavours will vary daily and by location.

Pledge to ride to school or work on Bike to Work Day, Monday May 27 and/or throughout June for a chance to win one of three trips for two courtesy of VIA Rail (to Quebec City, Montreal or Ottawa) or a weekend getaway courtesy of Welcome Cyclists. Contest closes June 18.
