Cycling Information from the City of Mississauga

The City of Mississauga is actively planning and implementing improvements to the City’s cycling infrastructure, advocating for cycling-supportive policies, and providing cycling education, awareness and promotion. Visit the City’s website for information on the Mississauga Cycling Master Plan, bike safety including the Mississauga Cyclists Handbook in 7 languages, CAN-Bike training courses, trails, BMX and jumps, parking and transit, pilot projects as well as major bikeway projects.

Community Cycling Information from the Mississauga Cycling Advisory Committee

The Mississauga Cycling Advisory Committee (MCAC) is a citizen committee that advises City Council and staff on issues related to the cycling network in Mississauga. MCAC's main event, the annual Tour de Mississauga cycling adventure, is a free event that takes place the third Sunday of September. The Tour gives cyclists of all ages the opportunity to explore Mississauga using the City's beautiful trails and on-road cycling routes.
